Glenlead researcher Bethany Shiner co-edits Cambridge Handbook of Freedom of Thought
We are extremely proud of our Glenlead researcher Bethany Shiner who has just co-edited the Cambridge Handbook of Freedom of Thought (Cambridge University Press 2025).
The book provides a rich comparative discussion on how different jurisdictions, legislators, and courts have approached this fundamental human right.
It is a landmark publication in the growing legal debate on the need for freedom of thought to be taken seriously as a standalone legal right.
